Graham L. Adelman
President and Owner since 2003
Prior to becoming President and Owner of Cambridge Healthcare Management LLC, Graham L. Adelman served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director for Global Industrial Technologies, Inc. (NYSE), a diversified international manufacturer of industrial equipment. From 1990-1995, Mr. Adelman held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of The Western Company of North America (NYSE), located in Houston, Texas, an international provider of oilfield and offshore drilling services. From 1980, he had also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The Western Company. Mr. Adelman received his undergraduate degree in 1971 from the University of Virginia and a J.D. degree magna cum laude from the University of Miami in 1974.
Mr. Adelman currently serves as the Director of several Virginia-based not-for-profit entities focused on aging and the elderly.
Walter J. Kmetz
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2003
Walter Kmetz joined Cambridge Healthcare Management in 2001, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Lexington Court LLC, a division of Cambridge Healthcare Management. Mr. Kmetz received his B.A. in accounting cum laude from Christopher Newport University in 1982. Upon graduation Mr. Kmetz began his career in the healthcare industry with Riverside Health System as a Reimbursement Accountant, moving on to become the Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager and Controller-Long Term Care Division. He rounded out his time at Riverside as the Director of Physician Services. From 1994–1997, Mr. Kmetz served as the Controller at Southampton Memorial Hospital, a vertically integrated health system. Prior to joining Cambridge Healthcare Management, Mr. Kmetz served as the Chief Financial Officer at Beth Sholom Home of Virginia, a not-for-profit nursing home and assisted living provider, from 1997–2001.
Mr. Kmetz is currently a member of the Payment for Services Committee with the Virginia Health Care Association.
James B. Stovall
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2010
Serving from 1999 - 2010 as Vice-President of Operations for Medical Facilities of America’s Eastern Region, James Stovall oversaw the operations of 15 nursing homes in Virginia with over 2,000 beds. From 1995 to 1998, he served as Director of Operations for both Grancare and, after its merger with Living Centers of America, Paragon Health Network. In that role, Mr. Stovall was responsible for 22 facilities in Tennessee, Louisiana and Mississippi having more than 3,500 beds. He was a licensed nursing home administrator from 1988 – 1994.
Mr. Stovall graduated from Delta State University with a B. S. in Business Administration.
Bonnie P. Davis, R.N.
Vice President, Clinical Operations since 2003
Bonnie Davis joined the Cambridge Healthcare Management team in 1999. She had served as the Director of Nursing for Lexington Court, LLC, before becoming VP of Clinical Operations in 2003. Previously, Ms. Davis had worked as an Assistant DON and Nurse Supervisor at Richmond area nursing homes (1980-1999). Ms. Davis studied at the Chesapeake and Ohio School of Nursing, receiving her R.N. degree in 1968.
Ms. Davis earned the distinction of VHCA Director of Nursing of the Year in 2002.
Lee Ann Lecheler
Director, Human Resources since 2005
Lee Ann Lecheler came to Cambridge Healthcare Management in 2005 from Medical Facilities of America, where she worked as the Regional HR Manager from 2000-2005. Previously, Ms. Lecheler served as Director of HR with the HealthSouth Corporation from 1989-2000, following progressively increasing HR responsibilities. Ms. Lecheler has also worked as a licensed nursing home administrator in Virginia (1982-1989).
Ms. Lecheler received her B.S. in Health Care Manangement from the Virginia Commonwealth University in 1982, with the distinction of magna cum laude.
Kristin Lovett, PT
Executive Director of Rehabilitation Services since August, 2011
Kristin Lovett served as Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services with Medical Facilities of America from 2009-2011. From 2007-2009, she was Rehab Director at Springtree Health and Rehabilitation Center, Medical Facilities of America. Prior to that, from 1996, Ms. Lovett was both a Lead and Staff therapist in settings including Acute Care, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Outpatient, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics.
Ms. Lovett received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
